三Working principle

1. The corn threshing machine is composed of a feeding hopper, upper and lower housing internal threshing, and rolling device, an air separation system is composed of an elevator, fan, chaff absorber, vibrating cleaning screen, frame, transmission system, and so on.

2. Feed the corn into the conveyor, corn cob goes into the threshing chamber. After threshing and separating, corn seeds and a small amount of debris go into the stirring dragons from the concave board. Mixed grain materials, go into the cleaning sieve through such as the dragon and elevator, and impurities smaller than grain drop off from the screen hole. grain and other major impurities move along with the screen to the outlet.

3. When it arrives in the absorbers, small impurities are discharged out by the absorber. Grains go into the grain-collecting device from the cleaning sieve. The corn cob after threshing is discharged from the straw outlet.
