Silage harvesting machine: It consists of a straw chopping device and a recycling device. This machine can directly chop and recycle crop straw, whether standing or lying in the field, for use as feed or other raw materials. It provides a simple and fast method for the comprehensive utilization of straw.

The machine can operate with tractors with rear transmission outputs above 25 horsepower. During operation, power is transmitted from the rear of the tractor to the working tools through a universal joint. The straw is cut, sucked, and crushed by the high-speed rotating blade, then enters the conveying device under the combined action of centrifugal force and airflow.

The crushed straw is then conveyed to the centrifugal throwing machine, where it is lifted and blown out by the throwing cylinder onto the trailer for transportation.

The cut and crushed straw and pasture fully meet the required standards and serve as ideal feed materials for animal husbandry.

The straw crushing and recycling machine performs high-speed rotating cutting and crushing of straw before conveying it to the wind blade section via a screw. This machine integrates harvesting, cutting, crushing, and throwing, providing multiple functions in one.

The corn stalk recycling machine is built upon the straw shredding and recycling machine, incorporating a hydraulic self-unloading device. This eliminates the need to follow a vehicle to collect materials during operation, as the forage will directly fall into the recycling box. It can then be dumped onto another truck.
