Cow Dung Dryer

The drain pipe of the cow dung dryer is designed to avoid sharp corners and reduce flow resistance. For outdoor installation, a simple shelter can be constructed. The machine is equipped with a 380V power supply. The main motor of the machine and the corresponding special non-blocking winch pump motor are connected to the main control panel of the entire set of equipment.

The cow dung dryer is equipped with a conveyor pipe connected to the main engine by a link pump. The conveyor pipe is sleeved at the pump outlet (A) conveyor port and the separator feeding port (inlet A), and then fastened with a fastening clip. Subsequently, the overflow pipe is connected to the overflow outlet (B outlet), with the other end placed in the septic tank.

Turn on the main engine motor and verify that the rotation direction of the main engine screw shaft and the spiral shaft of the winch pump are correct. Stop the machine, and adjust the counterweight hammer in the pressure bar to between 1/3 and 1/2. Start the winch pump and wait for the material to spill from the spillway. Finally, start the main engine power supply.

The machine needs to be cleaned every 15 days to ensure the filtering effect of the filter screen and maintain low moisture content in the extruded solids. If you notice a decrease in the liquid discharge from the outlet or higher water content in the discharged solid during operation, stop and start the machine several times.

 

Cleaning procedure: First, stop the pump and allow the main engine spiral to operate to exhaust the solids from the main engine. Then, unscrew the cleaning head screw located above the main engine and open the lid. Rinse the screen with clean water, reassemble the components, and restart the machine.

This control box is a specialized control device equipped with three sets of motors for control. The circuit is designed with protection devices to automatically break and overload circuits. A high-segment circuit breaker replaces the traditional fuse circuit, enabling timely power cutoff in case of a short circuit. After troubleshooting, recovery is convenient, and the line operates normally.
