Precautions for using peanut seed shelling machine:
1. Please operate the shelling machine in a spacious and flat area. ​
2. Use a matching screen according to the size of the shelled peanuts for shelling. ​
3. When the machine is running, please do not put your hands into the motor, hair dryer, the inside of the guard, and the depth of the feed inlet and other mechanical moving parts to avoid injury. ​
4. The width of the feed opening is generally adjusted to about 3.5 cm (can be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the peanut variety). When peanuts are shelled, the feed must be maintained evenly. ​
5. When assembling the vibrating screen, the tie rod nut at the bottom of the vibrating screen must be tightened, and the tail end of the tie rod is generally left 2 cm long. ​
6. If the shelled peanuts are too dry, the breakage rate during shelling will increase accordingly. At this time, you can use clean water to evenly wet the peanut shells and leave them for a few hours before shelling to achieve the desired effect.
