Wood Block Press Machine

The wood block press machine we produce primarily utilizes waste materials such as shavings and sawdust. These materials are mixed with glue, dried, heated, and pressed by a hot press to produce shavings and sawdust foot blocks. The resulting products have a smooth, flat, and waterproof surface, ensuring good durability (no cracking when soaked in water for 48 hours, no cracking when exposed to wind or sun) and strong nail-setting power. They are customized according to customer requirements and require no inspection or fumigation for export. Additionally, formaldehyde release levels comply with national standards.

The internal bonding strength of these products reaches 1.07 MPa, with a screw holding force of 1590N vertically and 1660N parallelly. They are an ideal material for making fumigation-free wooden pallet brackets (foot piers and legs), serving as the preferred choice for wood product packaging companies looking to upgrade their products or for private investors establishing factories.

The investment required for this equipment is less than one-third that of an ordinary plate machine. Due to differences in production process principles, the gloss and waterproof properties of the products are unmatched by thickened shavings and sawn wood chipboards.

The wood block press machine production line includes a crusher, dryer, glue mixing machine, wood chip pad hot press, manual cutting saw (or automatic cutting saw), and automatic wood block cutting machine.

The crushed raw materials are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed into wood shavings. These shavings are then dried in the dryer, mixed with glue in the glue mixer, and finally hydraulically formed by the hot press grinding machine, extruding them into pallet foot products.
