The entire EggTray Carton Moulding Machine production line mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Pulp making system
The pulping part is an important link in the pulp molding production process. We can process old newspapers, magazines, cartons and other waste paper into a slurry of a certain concentration for molding through processes such as crushing, screening, and adding chemical additives.
The main equipment of the pulp system includes a hydraulic pulper, vibrating screen, concentration controller, mixer, automatic pulping aid system, pulp pump, water pump, control cabinet, pulp barrel, water barrel, etc. According to different requirements for the quality of finished products, thick pulp and fine pulp equipment can be appropriately added, such as pressure screens, refiners, etc.
2. Molding system
The slurry is evenly attached to the special molding mold through vacuum action to form a wet product, which is then transferred to a drying system or naturally dried.
3. Drying system
After pulping and molding, pulp products generally contain high moisture and need to be dried to remove the moisture in the product

Products application
The raw materials of the EggTray Carton Moulding Machine come from various pulp boards mainly including reed pulp, rice straw pulp, slag pulp, moso bamboo pulp, wood pulp, etc., and waste cardboard, waste carton paper, waste white edge paper, and paper mill tail pulp waste. Waste paper mainly comes from a wide range of sources and is easy to collect.
