1. The raw material waste paper enters the pulper for pulping.

2. Mixing and homogenizing.

3. The prepared pulp is transported to the egg tray equipment forming machine through the pulp supply pump.

4. After entering the forming mold of the egg tray machine, it is transferred to the transfer mold, and the formed egg tray is manually connected or dried on the conveyor belt.
