Working Principle
The tire wire drawing machine consists of a motor, hydraulic system, hooks, a wire drawing head, and a machine body. The basic principle is as follows: an electric motor drives a hydraulic system and a cylinder, with the hook connected to the cylinder rod. The movement of the oil pump and cylinder drives the hook to reciprocate. A tire is placed inside the tire debeader machine, and the hook clamps the inner rim. The pressure generated by the hydraulic cylinder pulls the steel wire completely out, while simultaneously the tire's inner wall cracks under pressure, accelerating the separation of the steel wire.
