Iron Powder Briquetting Machine
High-pressure hydraulic briquetting presses are mainly used to extrude raw materials into high-density columnar briquettes or blocks (weighing 2-8 kg) without any adhesives. The raw materials include metal filings (such as iron, copper, and aluminum), metal powders (such as iron, aluminum, copper, and lead), smelting additives, and sponge iron. The density of the briquettes shall be 5T/m³ or more (the density and weight of briquettes vary with raw materials). The briquettes can be directly placed into furnaces.

Working Principle
Feeding: The raw materials (iron powder, metal filings, etc.) are fed into the briquetting chamber.
Compression: Hydraulic cylinders apply high pressure to compress the materials into briquettes. The oil cylinders, processed with the latest technologies, ensure no pressure reduction during continuous operation.
Molding: The materials are shaped into high-density columnar briquettes or blocks without the need for adhesives.
Ejection: Once the desired pressure and density are achieved, the briquettes are ejected from the machine.
Finished Product: The briquettes, now compact and dense, can be directly placed into furnaces for further processing or smelting.
