Metal Briquette Machine

The metal briquette machine is mainly used to directly cold-press aluminum sawdust and aluminum turning chips into 1 to 4-kilogram cylindrical cakes through high pressure. The whole process does not require heating, additives, or other processes, facilitating storage and transportation and reducing losses during recycling and reuse. It is applicable to aluminum alloy profile factories, steel casting factories, aluminum casting factories, copper casting factories, auto parts manufacturers, hardware manufacturers, and other casting-related enterprises. This series of equipment is divided into two types: large-tonnage vertical models and small-tonnage horizontal models. The vertical model is the popular model widely used today. Working principle of metal briquette machine:

Loose materials are added to the large hopper above the feeding cylinder. Oil is fed into the rear chamber of the feeding cylinder, causing the piston rod to extend and reset. Then, oil is fed into the rear chamber of the sub-cylinder, driving the piston rod and punch of the main cylinder to press down quickly. When the punch enters the mold cavity, pressure oil enters the rear chamber of the main cylinder. The main cylinder starts to advance to compress the material into a crumb cake. After maintaining the pressure, the main cylinder retreats slightly. Oil is then fed into the rear chamber of the auxiliary cylinder, causing the piston rod to retreat and driving the pumping block back to the position where the cake block can be released. The main cylinder continues to descend and presses the cake out of the mold cavity. Oil is fed into the front chamber of the auxiliary cylinder, causing the piston rod to extend, driving the pump to push the cake out and reset simultaneously. Oil then enters the front chamber of the rear sub-cylinder, driving the piston rod and punch of the main cylinder to rise and reset, completing a cake pressing cycle and entering the next cycle program.
