Precautions

1. Prepare the packing room and wrapping cloth.

2. Open the small doors on the left and right sides, as well as the front and rear doors. Spread the wrapping cloth on the bottom row, then close the large doors and small doors. Pull the small door support rods on both sides (use the external pull switch handle for hydraulic door opening), and secure the small doors.

3. When feeding materials into the box, ensure they are distributed evenly and flatly, avoiding uneven distribution that could cause the discharge piston rod to tilt or bend.

4. After filling the material box, operate (pull outward) the pedal handle to lower the upper pressure row. When it drops to the yellow mark line, push the pedal to handle inward to raise the upper pressure row, stopping when it reaches the yellow mark line.

5. Add material into the box again - press down - rise, repeating this process several times until the material reaches a certain weight. Push the handle inward to make the upper-pressure row rise to the yellow mark line and stop.

6. Install the wrapping cloth on the upper pressure row, then operate (pull outward) the boosting handle to press the bag and the pressurizing cylinder simultaneously. Stop when the belt reaches the yellow marking line.

7. Open the small door support rod (push the door handle when opening the hydraulic door), open the small door and the main door, and wrap the wrapping cloth for threading and fastening.

8. Manipulate (push inward) the press handle to make the pressure row rise to the yellow marked line and stop. Then, push the bag out to complete a packaging operation.
