1. Start the motor to check whether the operation is normal. When feeding, check the diameter of each outer rubber and plastic

cable, and feed one by one.

If the material is too deep and the wire breaks after it comes out, pay attention to the following points:
1. Adjust the tightness of the pressure of the M12 screws on both sides of the feed gear, that is, the blade shaft_
2. Check whether the position is misplaced when feeding;
3; Whether the blade is newly replaced, whether the cutting edge is too sharp, use a special oil to trim it slightly, until it is moderate

If the rubber and plastic are almost peeled off after the feed comes out, but the copper wire cannot spit out, there are

mainly four situations:
1. If the knurling of the upper shaft is too deep, use a special oil stone to grind the upper shaft. 1. If the knurling of the upper

the shaft is too deep, use special oil
The upper shaft of the stone will be ground, and the thread will be difficult to move
2. Whether the spring pressure is too loose, the pressure should be adjusted tightly, so that you can stop vomiting
3. The diameter of the wire is too small, or the gap between the upper and lower shafts is too large. The gap between the two

shafts should be adjusted to 0.4-0.6MM4. The processed rubber and plastic cable is almost hot, and the copper wire cannot

spit out.

If after feeding the material, the extrusion gear cannot drive the cable, and the material stays in the middle, the situations

are as follows:
1. Check whether the belts of each gear are loose
2. Check whether the spring pressure on both sides of the pressing gear is too tight, if there is no jacking force, the pressure

should be relaxed
2. The cable is too oily, which makes the two shafts slip, and the two shafts should be wiped dry (when drying, if the machine

is running, please pay attention to safety)
