Products Description
The electric motor dismantling machine mainly consists of the fuselage shell, cutter, support column, copper cutting positioning plate, and manual switch.
First, the waste motor stator is supported on the support column, and the motor stator is positioned using the copper positioning plate. The cutter is then controlled to cut off the copper coil of the motor stator through one of the foot switches.
After cutting, the copper coil is placed on the lifting platform, and the motor stator is lifted to the positioning plate using the manual switch. The positioning plate is used to secure the motor stator in place.
Next, the foot switch is used to control the pliers, allowing the jaws to grip the copper coil. The copper coil is then pulled out from inside the stator to complete the disassembly process.
Users can recover the copper coil and stator core according to their specific needs.
