"This machine, also known as a livestock and poultry manure dehydrator, can effectively separate raw manure water from pig, duck, cow, chicken, and other poultry and livestock manure into liquid and solid fertilizers. The liquid fertilizer can be directly utilized for crops, while the solid fertilizer can be transported to areas lacking fertilizer, aiding in soil structure improvement. Additionally, it can be used to produce compound fertilizer through fermentation. Raw manure water is fed into the machine via a mud pump, where solid matter is extruded and separated by the screw shaft within the screen, with the liquid flowing out through the liquid outlet."

"It is not only suitable for separating manure but also for separating residues and liquids from high-concentration organic wastewater. These include livestock manure, slaughter sewage, paper pulp, crop residues, food residues, distiller grains, and biogas residues."

The moisture in the material is squeezed out through the mesh screen under the pressure of the side pressure belt filter, and the water is discharged through the water pipe. As this process continues, the pressure in front of the main machine gradually increases. Once it reaches a certain level, the discharge port opens, allowing the extrusion port to expel the squeezed material, achieving the purpose of extrusion and discharge."
