Large Capacity Shredder

The large capacity shredder is an industrial grade shredder widely used for plastic ,waste scrap metal,wood,waste paper ,waste tire ,cardboard ,textile,garbage, domestic waste , industrial waste, electronic waste. 1. Shredder blade：

The spindle is made of high alloy material, the whole forging and heat treatment, after CNC milling, hexagonal, octagonal, spline form, stable operation

3. Equipment reducer：
High strength cast iron cabinet, hard tooth surface gear using excellent steel, surface carburizing quenching treatment, smooth transmission, low noise, large bearing capacity, low temperature

4. Drive unit：
The transmission parts of the shredder are connected with the shaft to reduce vibration, and the power transmission loss is small to protect the shaft and the reducer, without losing force

Different raw materials choose different blades.
1. The 10mm-20mm blade is suitable for thinner and more easily broken products, such as medical servers and circuit boards.
2.40mm-50mm thick blades are commonly used for general products, such as plastic products, films, plastic barrels, tires, wood boards, etc.
3. Blades above 75mm are suitable for thicker plastic or metal composite products, such as refrigerators, and metal cans , with a thickness of less than 10m.
