production process
The entire 5000-5500 piece egg tray machine production line mainly consists of the following production processes:
(1) Beating system
Waste paper such as old newspapers, magazines, cartons, etc., is prepared into a slurry of a certain concentration through processes such as crushing, screening, and adding dyes for molding. The main equipment includes a hydraulic pulper, mixer, pulp pump, water pump, control cabinet, etc.
According to different requirements for finished products, thick pulp, and fine pulp equipment can be appropriately added, such as vibrating screens, refiners, etc.
(2) Molding system
The slurry is evenly attached to the forming mold through vacuum action to form a wet product, which is then transferred to the drying system or naturally dried.
(3) Drying system
After pulping and molding, pulp products generally contain high moisture and need to be dried to remove the moisture in the product.
Brick kiln drying: The brick kiln drying line has the characteristics of a novel structure, reasonable design, low one-time investment, long service life, easy maintenance, and convenient use. According to the user's local fuel conditions, it can be designed to use natural gas, coal gas, low-smoke firewood, diesel gasoline, biomass pellets, firewood, bark, bamboo scraps, etc., as fuel.
Metal drying: The drying production line uses natural gas, diesel, gasoline, biomass particles, or steam (thermal oil) as a heat source to heat the air and dry the formed pulp molded products in hot air (180~220℃), using a fan to extract the evaporated moisture from the product to achieve rapid drying. Metal drying lines include single-layer drying lines and multi-layer drying lines; if the equipment is equipped with a single-layer drying line, it will occupy a large area, and the workshop length cannot be less than 70 meters; if it is equipped with a multi-layer drying line, it will occupy a smaller area, with a workshop length of ≤ 40 meters and a workshop height of ≥ 4.5 meters. This small size can save heat inside the drying line. Compared with multi-layer steel structure drying egg tray equipment, single-layer steel structure drying egg tray equipment covers a larger area and is not cheaper than multi-layer steel structure drying. Customers can choose according to their own factory size, energy conditions, and actual conditions. Choose according to your needs.

2. Labor requirements are generally as follows: 1 person for pulping, 1 person for molding, 2 people for packaging, and 1 person for the warehouse (excluding the drying part).
3. Land area: Drying generally requires 1,000 square meters, and equipment requires 200 square meters.
4. If it is a civil drying tunnel, the equipment covers an area of 50-80m5m3-3.5m.
5. If it is a multi-layer metal dryer, the area occupied by the equipment is 30m15m4m. The recommended factory building size is 40m20m4m.
6. We provide 1-2 people to guide the installation until the customer can operate independently.
7. Warranty period: 1 year for the whole machine and 5 years for the main components.
