Electrostatic separator machine is a physical separation device that utilizes the differences in the electrical conductivity of materials. In a composite electric field combining a high-voltage corona discharge field and a high-voltage electrostatic field, under the action of electric and mechanical forces (centrifugal force, gravity, and drag force), it achieves the separation of materials. This equipment strengthens the attractive force on conductors and the repulsive force on non-conductors.

The electrostatic separator machine is mainly used for the separation and sorting of various dry metal and non-metal mixtures. They can separate various metals from plastics or other impurities, such as copper-plastic, aluminum-plastic, and circuit boards, and can also separate various plastics such as PET/PVC/PP/PS. They can separate metal and non-metal, conductor and non-conductor mixed particles, and some minerals, such as waste aluminum-plastic, waste printed circuit boards, waste cable products, and ore mixtures.

 

1. Depending on the material, a unique feeding method is adopted, or separate variable frequency speed control is used for feeding, ensuring that the material enters the corona discharge field evenly to achieve the purpose of material separation.

1. The accuracy (purity) of single-pass sorting of crushed particles can reach over 95%, and with two or three passes, it can approach 98%.
2. The material particle size has a strong influence on the voltage selection. Different materials require different voltage settings for separation, so it is necessary to crush the material before it enters the main machine to achieve optimal separation results.
3. The electrostatic separator machine adopts pure physical sorting method, no wastewater or exhaust gas is generated, thus no environmental pollution.
4. The crushed material size requirements are flexible; crushed particles smaller than 20mm can easily pass through the machine.
5. Fast sorting speed, up to 1-3 tons/hour (provided there is not too much powder in the crushed material).
6. If there is a large amount of powder and film in the crushed material, additional screening and film removal devices can be added.
