Specific gravity separator is suitable for separating a wide range of metallic and non-metallic materials, including powders, granules, and mixed materials. As a key part of copper wire and plastic separation, the gravity separation unit adopts an Italian air-suspension separation technology. Both the vibration frequency and the air-supply system for material suspension can be precisely adjusted according to different materials.

The crushing system is equipped with SKD-11 alloy cutting tools with a hardness of HR58, ensuring excellent wear resistance while maintaining sufficient toughness. The blades are designed with a staggered shearing structure. In addition, the wire grinding chamber adopts a water-cooling system, effectively preventing material overheating and melting during long-term operation.

The entire equipment operates in a fully enclosed system and is equipped with an advanced pulse dust-collection system, which efficiently captures dust generated during production and discharges it through the dust outlet.

Although copper wire crushers produced in other countries can achieve copper recovery purity of over 99.5%, about 3–5% of fine copper powder and brushed copper is usually lost into the plastic during the separation process. To solve this issue, our system is additionally equipped with electrostatic separation equipment, which further recovers the remaining copper from the plastic, ensuring no plastic in the copper and no copper in the plastic.
