1. The water inside the industrial blancher machine is heated either electrically or by steam. Most machines use steam heating, which is more cost-effective for long-term use.

2. The blanching machine is fully mechanized and does not require manual labor.

3. Materials are fed into the industrial blancher machine through mesh belts/conveyor belts or manually. The equipment inside the blanching machine is controlled by frequency conversion, and the blanching time can be set according to different product processes.

4. The SUS304 stainless steel plate mesh belt is used for transmission. The mesh belt has characteristics of high strength, low elasticity, resistance to deformation, and easy maintenance. The whole machine operates smoothly and quietly, greatly improving work efficiency. When discharging, the mesh belt lifts the material directly out of the equipment.

5. The heating source of this machine is steam, with automatic control of the steam inlet device and surface insulation to minimize energy waste.

6. The transmission system of this industrial blancher machine uses a speed-adjustable reduction motor, allowing the conveyor belt speed to be adjusted, with blanching times ranging from 3 to 15 minutes.

 

 

It is mainly suitable for the continuous cooking of dehydrated vegetables, kelp shreds, squid, root products, and meat products in the food industry, such as beef, chicken, pork, poultry, and fish. It can be used with assembly line operations such as coloring and surface drying equipment.
