The blanching machine is primarily used in processing vegetables, petal plants, shellfish, fish, etc., with the purpose of preserving color. The machine uses hot water, mostly heated by steam, which is cost-effective for long-term use. It is completely mechanized and does not require labor during operation. Materials are fed into the machine via a mesh belt, conveyor belt, or manually. The machine is controlled by frequency conversion, and the time can be set according to different product processes.
