Working Principle
The turnover baskets to be cleaned are fed into the crate washing machine by a stainless steel chain, and the baskets are cleaned, sterilized, and air-dried at the same time through multiple processes such as alkaline water → high-pressure hot water → normal temperature tap water → disinfectant water → normal temperature air knife dewatering.
When cleaning the special basket, the brushes can be added after the hot alkaline water cleaning section to scrub the bottom and left and right sides of the basket to improve the cleaning effect, continuous cleaning is adopted to improve the cleaning efficiency.
Machine Details
1. Control part: Computer-controlled variable frequency speed regulation motor is used to meet the cleaning requirements of turnover boxes with different production volumes and specifications.
2. Circulation system: The circulating water tanks are cleaned by circular spraying with horizontal stainless steel centrifugal water pumps. The interior of the water tanks is designed with a solid-liquid separation function, so the nozzles are not easy to block when the circulating water is reused.
3. Spray system: The installation structure of the cleaning nozzle is fully covered, the water temperature can be adjusted, the nozzle can be adjusted 360° spherically, and there is no dead angle for cleaning. Each nozzle and pipe can be disassembled without tools, which is convenient for operators to clean and maintain every shift.
4. Filtration system: There is a filtration device above each water tank. The filtration method is customized according to the customer's impurity conditions, and it can seal off the spread of biological activities.
