1. Egg loading: Load eggs manually or with suction cups, and place the eggs on the conveyor device.
2. Light inspection: Through LED light penetration inspection, manual selection, and removal of unqualified eggs (optional).
3. Grading: Mechanical weighing system, weighing and classifying eggs according to preset settings.
4. Egg collection: After grading, eggs are collected in different areas of the egg collection board.
The egg grading machine is very simple to operate and can be operated by 1-2 workers. You only need to place the eggs on the conveyor line. After starting, it can perform weight classification according to the set egg weight and automatically send the eggs to the egg collecting board. The corresponding areas can be manually collected into baskets (trays) according to levels.
