Working Principle
1. This potato sorting machine drives the rollers to move forward in parallel through double-helix rotation, gradually increasing the gap between the rollers to achieve the desired size of fruits and vegetables. The fruits and vegetables fall onto the conveyor belt from the gap between the rollers, achieving the purpose of fruit selection.
2. The fruits and vegetables are sorted according to their diameter, with the spacing between the screws gradually increasing. Driven by the transmission system, the materials are transported to the sorting work area through the screws. Fruits smaller than the screw spacing fall into the fruit tray from the outlet. Fruits larger than the screw spacing are driven forward by the screws until they encounter the corresponding screw spacing and fall, allowing for the sorting of different grades of fruits into different fruit trays.
