Orange Sorting Machine

 

 

The orange sorting machine is fed into the machine by manual feeding or hoist feeding, and the grading rollers with round holes of different sizes are arranged sequentially on the roller tray from the feeding port.

 

Finally, the roller tray is driven by the chain. When the round fruit enters the grading machine, the small round fruit will fall into the hopper through the round hole on the roller, while the larger fruit will roll down to the next one.

 

If the round fruit is stuck in the round hole of the drum during the grading process, there is a puller shaft inside the drum to roll the jammed round fruit out of the cylinder, and the screw is placed on the puller shaft. 

 

 

1. Before use, check whether the transmission parts of the orange sorting machine are installed and fastened.

2. The orange sorting machine must be placed on a level concrete floor to level it, turn on the power of the transmission reducer, confirm that the rotation direction of the reducer is consistent with the direction sign, and run for two minutes. After confirming that everything is normal, the material can be fed and discharged continuously.

 

3. Please add the material evenly.

4. When you need to stop the machine, you can directly turn off the power supply of the transmission reducer.

 

5. When the machine is running normally if it is found that some rollers do not rotate, you can check whether the rollers are out of round and the rollers are not in contact with the rollers. If the rollers are not round, you can turn the rollers manually after stopping. Turn the raised end upwards and tap the raised end lightly with a small hammer place to restore it to its original state. If the roller tray is not in effective contact with the roller, you can adjust the position of the bearing seat to make the tray full contact with the roller.

 

6. Pay attention to the order when installing or replacing the grading rollers. The apertures are arranged from small to large, and the smallest aperture is installed at the feed inlet, and then installed in sequence

 

7. When the orange sorting machine is not used for a long time, please rinse the inside and outside of the machine to keep it clean.

8. The lubricating oil of the transmission reducer must be replaced regularly, and the dirty oil should be drained when replaced.

9. Bearings, transmission chains, and other parts should be filled with grease regularly.
