Products Description
Optical Inspection:
As eggs are conveyed and gently rotated on the belt, they are automatically aligned for inspection. Using specialized lighting and precision optics, the system detects cracks, breakages, and other imperfections to ensure only high-quality eggs proceed to the next stage.
Electronic Grading:
A fully automated weight grading system classifies eggs into three categories according to preset weight parameters. Equipped with roller conveyors at the discharge section, the system automatically directs oversized and undersized eggs to manual collection tables, while eggs meeting the target weight are delivered to the automatic tray-loading station.
Orientation Adjustment:
During transfer, a soft mechanical device automatically positions each egg with the larger end facing upward. The alignment accuracy reaches up to 99.8%, ensuring consistent orientation for incubation or further processing.
Automatic Tray Loading:
Controlled by an intelligent automation system, eggs of different grades are precisely loaded into incubation trays or packaging trays according to the required specifications, minimizing labor and improving efficiency.
