1. All the parts in contact with the fruit are flexible, ensuring the grading process does not hurt the fruit, and the grading size can be adjusted arbitrarily.
2. Made of high-grade all-stainless steel, the high hardness fuselage is the same, the equipment is strong and durable. At the same time, it is equipped with a large fruit tray (which can be fed on one side of the machine or on top of the machine) to pick out bad fruit and can be used with more than one machine.
3. The number of grades can be adjusted, and the size of grades can be adjusted.
4. Uses an all-copper motor, 220v/380v, with added speed regulation.
5. Machine warranty is 1 year. Within the warranty period, motor and other accessories are free to replace. Outside the warranty period, accessories are replaced at market price.
7. The working track adopts a food-grade silicone belt, which is full of elasticity, non-toxic, harmless, and resistant to aging.

Our company's automatic fruit sorting and grading machine has had the belt spacing adjusted according to the fruit specifications to be sorted before leaving the factory, so the sorting part does not need to be installed by the customer. However, for logistics and transportation purposes, the loading fruit tray, mobile casters, and large fruit dustpan have been packaged separately, and the customer needs to install them upon receiving the goods.

1- Mounting method of loading fruit tray

The fruit tray bracket is located at the bottom of the machine and is tightly secured with a band. The bracket should be removed and placed on the side of the feeding port to set up the fruit tray.

2- Installation method of dustpan

The large fruit dustpan is wrapped in packing film and placed in the fruit tray. After unpacking, it should be fixed in the large fruit position with bolts.

3- Moving caster mounting method

The casters are fixed to the beam of the machine with a sealing bag. After unpacking, they should be fixed to the four caster supports with bolts.
