The function of the industrial sterilization pot is to sterilize or sterilize food at high temperature for a short time in a closed environment through three processes: heating, heat preservation, and cooling. It can not only kill possible pathogens in food, but also keep the important nutrients and color, aroma and taste of food intact. It is also equipped with a compressed air pipe system to ensure the packaging and use requirements of the product after sterilization by the back pressure of compressed air, so as to extend the shelf life of food.

 

1. The circulation pump and water supply pump of the industrial sterilization pot are scientifically configured according to the volume of the sterilizer
2. The quick-open door interlocking device uses a special cylinder as a special component, and together with the photoelectric switch and mechanical interlocking, it forms a three-layer interlocking to ensure the safe opening of the pot door.
3. The protection level of our sterilizer electrical control system and circuit is 2P65.
4. The industrial sterilization pot adopts industrial computer touch control.

3. Cold water can be recycled to save water energy.
4. After the industrial sterilization pot is powered off and restored, the program automatically returns to the state before the power outage to reduce losses.
