Working Principle
The function of the industrial sterilization pot is to sterilize or sterilize food at high temperature for a short time in a closed environment through three processes: heating, heat preservation, and cooling. It can not only kill possible pathogens in food, but also keep the important nutrients and color, aroma and taste of food intact. It is also equipped with a compressed air pipe system to ensure the packaging and use requirements of the product after sterilization by the back pressure of compressed air, so as to extend the shelf life of food.
