2. Banana slicer can cut the banana pulp into uniform slices for subsequent processing.

Adjustable thickness range: 1–10mm

Advantages: Neat slices, adapt to different downstream drying requirements, and improve drying efficiency.

3. Blanching machine / soaking machine
Purpose of blanching machine: Short-term heat treatment, enzyme inactivation, color locking, sterilization, and improvement of banana powder color and shelf life.

Purpose of soaking machine: Used for pre-treatment of banana slices, removal of astringency, and uniform color.

4. Air dryer can remove surface moisture, improve the efficiency of the dryer and reduce energy consumption.

Adjustable wind speed, low noise, stable operation.

It is recommended to use it after blanching or soaking for best results.

5. Dryer (box type / mesh belt type)

a. Box dryer
Features: compact structure, small footprint, manual feeding / automatic temperature control, suitable for entrepreneurial projects.

b. Mesh belt dryer
Features: continuous operation, automatic feeding, automatic temperature and humidity control, uniform drying, high energy efficiency.

Suitable for medium and large processing plants (daily output 500kg-5 tons), labor saving, suitable for industrial scale.

6. Mill (standard type / with pulse dust removal system)
After drying, the dried banana slices need to be crushed. We provide:

a. Ordinary mill
Suitable for users with small output or low dust control requirements.

The crushing fineness can reach 80-120 mesh, suitable for general food applications.

b. Pulse dust removal mill
Integrated pulse dust removal system effectively controls dust pollution and ensures a clean operating environment.
