1. Waste tires-after having their bead rings removed-are first processed by a strip-cutting machine, which slices them into rubber strips. Subsequently, a block-cutting machine is employed to cut these strips into rubber blocks. Both the strip-cutting and block-cutting stages utilize alloy blades and a dual-blade cutting mechanism.
2. The shredding section of the tire strips block cutter is capable of rapidly shredding steel-belted tires (specifically after the steel wires in the sidewalls have been removed by a bead-cutting machine) into long strips. The shredding width can be flexibly adjusted according to production requirements to accommodate the specific needs of various downstream processing workflows.
3. Following the shredding process, the long tire strips are automatically conveyed to the cutting section without the need for manual intervention. The cutting system employs high-strength cutting blades to uniformly slice the long strips into consistently sized fragments. The resulting finished product features uniform dimensions, facilitating subsequent pulverization or further reprocessing.
