Spicy Stick Production Line

The main frame is welded with SUS304 stainless steel square tubes (38×38×1.8 mm), providing a strong and durable structure.

The tank body is made entirely from 2.0 mm SUS201 stainless steel sheet, laser-cut and roll-formed to ensure precision and consistency.

The heating plate and the outer surface of the tank are joined by stainless steel welding, while the inner side adopts full laser welding, effectively preventing cracking or oil leakage caused by repeated heating and cooling, and ensuring a high level of operational safety.

Except for the main load-bearing sections, all other welding processes use full laser welding, resulting in no deformation, no burrs, no welding slag, and smooth, even, and bright weld seams. The overall structure is well-designed, visually appealing, and maintains long-term stability without deformation.

The conveyor belts are made of food-grade PVC material, ensuring safe contact with food products.

The cutting knives operate using a front-and-back linear motion, delivering precise and consistent cutting performance.

Except for the main load-bearing sections, all other joints are completed using full laser welding, resulting in no deformation, no burrs, no welding residue, and smooth, even, and bright weld seams. The machine features a well-balanced, visually appealing design with long-term structural stability.

Drum-Type Powder Coating Machine

The entire machine is manufactured from hygienic-grade SUS304 stainless steel, fully compliant with food production standards. It is equipped with four-blade paddle agitators and powered by a 5.5 kW motor, providing strong and stable performance. The powder coating and mixing time can be adjusted according to production requirements.

Features an innovative design with a platform-style DC oil spraying system. The oil flows by gravity, reducing spray pipe length and ensuring no residue remains in the pipelines.

The oil dosing system provides precise metering, with a single-dose deviation controlled within ±50 g, ensuring consistent seasoning results.

The infeed conveyor adopts a positioning sensor switch combined with motor-driven transmission for accurate material positioning. Compared with traditional conveyors, it offers a cleaner appearance, higher efficiency, easier sanitation, and lower operating costs.

The octagonal drum supports automatic variable-frequency control of rotation direction and speed, meeting diverse production requirements. This ensures more uniform mixing and superior seasoning performance, while the hygienic, dead-angle-free design allows for easy and thorough cleaning.
