Tire Granulators

The tire granulators for plastic powder consist of eight main components: waste steel wire tire cutting machine, slitting machine, cutting machine, 800 roller mill, double magnetic separator, cyclone feeding machine, screening machine, and single magnetic separator.

First, the tire wire ends are cut using the QKJ-1200 cutting machine, followed by the slitting machine, which cuts the top and sides of the tire into strips. The cutting machine then automatically cuts the rubber strips into 3-5 cm squares.

The cut rubber blocks are ground in a roller mill, and both the double magnetic separator and the single magnetic separator effectively separate the steel wire from the rubber powder. This advanced circulating grinding process does not require any chemical raw materials and produces no exhaust gas or wastewater, resulting in low operating costs. It is an efficient system for producing rubber powder from steel wire tires.
