Process
Production Process of Waste Tire Recovery Line:
Materials: Used automobile tires, truck tires, construction machinery wheels, etc.
Wire Coil Cutter: Cuts off the side of the tire or uses a tire wire-drawing machine to separate the wire inside the whole tire.
Conveyor: Transports the whole tire from the steel wire to the shredder.
Double-Axle Rotary Screen Tire Shredder: Shreds the tire into block shapes of 4-8 cm.
Conveyor: Transports the 4-8 cm finished product to the wire separator.
Wire Separator: Separates the shredded tire blocks from the steel wire and rubber, producing 1-1.5 cm particles.
Rubber Granulator: Pulverizes the material into small particles less than 5 mm, with specifications of 1-3 mm and 2-4 mm rubber powder.
Grinding Machine: Produces rubber powder in various grades, from 20 to 80 mesh.
