1. Use: It is used to cut wire tires into strips by removing the tire bead with the bead cutting machine. The width of the strips is adjustable.

Detailed Description: The machine consists of a pair of blades, a reducer, a frame, and a transmission mechanism. Its basic principle is: the reducer drives the rotation mechanism, causing the two blades to operate at a relative uniform speed. This creates a shearing action as the material is placed between the blades and moves forward to achieve the desired cutting effect.

Features: The two circular disk knives are made of specially treated metal, making them hard and durable. They can be resharpened multiple times.

The scrap tire cutting machine is used to cut scrap tires into sidewalls and crowns, and then into rubber strips and rubber blocks. 1. Ring Cutter

This machine is mainly used to cut the sidewall of steel wire tires for the next step of segmentation. First, place the tire on the platform, then rotate the hand wheel so the three claws will firmly grip the inner tire. Second, start the power, and the work platform will rotate. The cutting tool will cut the tire slowly, step by step, until the tire sidewall is completely cut off.

2. Strips Cutter

The strips cutting machine removes the steel wire tire sidewall and cuts it into strips with an adjustable width. The two circular knives are made of special, hard, and durable materials and can be repeatedly ground for up to 1200 steel tires.
