Fiber separator is mainly used to process the waste tire, especially the waste nylon tire. It separates the fine fiber from the rubber powder, improving the rubber powder purity and the reclaimed rubber quality. Further more, in some chemical enterprise, it also applies for fine granularity air separation of powder products, hierarchical processing etc.

Fiber Separator is an ideal air separation equipment, it is used for separating fluff fiber mixed in rubber granule or rubber powders to improve the purity of the rubber powder and quality of reclaimed rubber. It mainly consists of motor, feeding pipe,big impeller, wind plate, disperse plate, adjusting plate, upper cylinder, lower cone and machine frame, etc.

Rubber powder is poured into the machine through feed hopper and drops into the selector after being fully dispersed. Rough rubber powder drops into the selector from the vane of the adjustment ring and vents through bin discharge. Fine rubber powder will go into bin discharge through the passage of the rotor and discharge. The equipment is featured for its solid structure and is easy to install. The machine is better operated with water content of 1% and suitable for the size of rubber powder between 60-150 meshes during the selecting process.
