Aluminum Plastic Separator

It is mainly used for the separation of silica gel, rubber, and plastic from mixed plastic materials after crushing, such as plastics from waste household appliances and other recycled plastics. It is also suitable for separating PP plastic and silica gel from medical infusion bottles and infusion bags, as well as processing crushed waste battery casings and silica gel plugs. In addition, it can effectively separate plastics and silica gel from shredded electrical materials.

Aluminum Plastic Separator:

Mainly used for separating aluminum and plastic materials, including aluminum composite panels, flexible packaging materials, aluminum-plastic blister packs (pharmaceutical packaging), Wahaha bottle caps, aluminum-plastic cables, and other aluminum-plastic composite materials.

The aluminum-plastic separation and recycling process begins with feeding the raw aluminum-plastic materials into the crusher for primary crushing, followed by secondary crushing and three-stage fine grinding to achieve complete material liberation. The processed material is then screened through a rotary vibrating screen to ensure uniform particle size that meets separation requirements.

After screening, the aluminum and plastic are separated by a double-roller electrostatic separator, achieving a separation purity of up to 99%.

The entire production line features a high level of automation, high processing efficiency, simple operation, and convenient installation. Multiple configuration options are available to adapt to different site conditions.

All processes are based on physical separation technology, without heating, burning, or chemical treatment. The whole operation is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

Utilizing the principles of mirror friction and rebound separation, plastics, silica gel, and rubber can be precisely separated, with a maximum sorting purity of over 99%.

The equipment is equipped with an adjustable automatic feeding system, material conveying system, sorting system, automatic recirculation system, and finished product discharge system. The entire production line can be operated by a single operator.
