Working Principle
The bottle-blowing process involves several key steps: first, infrared lamps heat and soften the preform, while the neck area is kept cool to maintain its shape. Next, the heated preform is transferred into the mold, where high-pressure air is injected through the core rod; the preform is simultaneously stretched and inflated, forcing the walls against the mold to set the shape. Finally, the air is exhausted, the mold opens, and the finished bottle is conveyed to the next station. The entire process is managed by a PLC control system.
