    Automatic Feeding System

    The scraper feeding system can support one line with 10-15 Spicy Gluten Sticks extruders. The control system accurately calculates the feeding sequence, providing real-time feedback on material shortages to ensure optimal feeding efficiency.

     

    Puffing Extruder

    1. Made entirely of SUS304 stainless steel.
    2. Three-screw powder feeding design ensures that the powder does not clump, providing uniform delivery and meeting the production requirements of various Spicy Gluten Sticks molds, guaranteeing stable material output.
    3. Extrusion temperature is monitored by a digital display system and supplemented by electric heating coils, shortening the heating time and reducing waste.
    4. Powerful motor with frequency converter speed control provides more precise and stable speed adjustment, achieving an adjustable powder feeding speed of 80-100 g/s.

    Servo Cooling Cutting Belt

     

    1. The equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the electrical control box is equipped with a PLC control system.

    2. A servo motor control system is used for cutting, utilizing encoder feedback and servo motor action to form a closed-loop control, thereby achieving more precise and efficient cutting of Spicy Gluten Sticks.

    3. The conveyor belt has sufficient strength to ensure adequate traction and prevent twisting or deformation during operation, thus avoiding any impact on conveying performance.

    1. Uses a linear oil spraying method, with oil flowing by gravity, reducing the length of the spray pipe and ensuring no residue in the pipeline.

    2. The oil dispensing system provides precise metering, with a single dispensing error range controllable within 50g.
    3. The feeding conveyor belt uses a positioning sensor switch + motor drive for precise positioning and conveying, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing and efficient design compared to traditional conveyor belts.
    4. The octagonal drum can automatically control its direction and speed using variable frequency technology to meet different production needs and ensure more uniform mixing of the spicy gluten sticks.
    5. The entire system uses a PLC control system, ensuring more stable and intelligent operation with a quick and easy-to-understand operating procedure.
