1. Raw Material Preparation and Mixing
Corn starch, rice, and potato starch are used as the main raw materials. Seasonings and an appropriate amount of water are added according to the recipe. 2. Extrusion and Cooking

3. Forming and Cutting
The extruded material is formed into the desired shape by a forming machine and then precisely sliced by a cutter, ensuring uniform size and uniform appearance of each cracker. Molds can be changed to meet specific needs to produce a variety of shapes, including flower-shaped, round, and strip-shaped pieces.

4. Drying and Frying (Optional)

After forming, the shrimp crackers are dried to remove excess moisture, making them easier to store and transport. Customers can choose to sell the semi-finished products directly or deep-fry them for instant shrimp crackers.
