    Working Principle of the Machine
    The dough is placed into the hopper of the dough divider, where a pair of screws extrude it at a constant speed before feeding it into the cutter. Using a pneumatic cutting system, the machine quickly and efficiently divides the dough into small balls of fixed weight. By adjusting the feeding speed and cutting frequency, the dough weight can be fine-tuned. The weight and shape of the dough balls can also be controlled by changing the shape and size of the extrusion die. Once divided, the dough balls are transferred into the rounding unit, where they are gently kneaded along the track for half a cycle to form perfectly rounded balls of consistent weight. The rounding unit can be customized according to the desired dough ball size. This machine is versatile-capable of working as a complete production line or as a standalone unit. It is efficient, lightweight, and designed to reduce transportation costs.
