The fully automatic rotary yogurt packaging machine can automatically load empty cups, detect empty cups, quantitatively fill the product into cups, automatically seal the cups with plastic film, optionally apply plastic lids, collect waste film, and discharge finished products. Depending on the number of molds, its capacity ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 cups per hour, making it suitable for food and beverage factory production needs.

The machine is made of stainless steel 304 and anodized aluminum, ensuring it operates reliably in harsh factory environments with humidity, steam, oil, acidity, and salt. Its body can be rinsed with water for easy cleaning.

1. Rotary plate-driven system: The servo motor, combined with a planetary gear reducer, powers the rotary table for smooth, step-by-step operation. It can rotate at high speeds while avoiding material splashing, as the servo motor enables smooth starting and stopping, ensuring precise positioning.

2. Empty cup loading function: This system adopts spiral separating and pressing technology, which prevents the cups from being damaged or deformed. It uses a vacuum suction device to accurately guide the cups into the mold.

3. Empty cup detection function: The system uses a photoelectric or optical fiber sensor to detect whether the mold contains an empty cup. This prevents incorrect filling and sealing in the absence of a cup, thereby reducing product waste and the need for machine cleaning.

4. Sealing function: The sealing system consists of a heating sealing mold and an air cylinder pressing system. The sealing temperature is adjustable from 0-300°C and controlled by an Omron PID controller and solid-state relay, ensuring a temperature variance of less than ±1°C.

5. Discharge system: The discharge system is composed of a cup lifting and pulling system, along with a powered chain discharge conveyor.

6. Automation control system: The automation system is composed of PLC, a touch screen, a servo system, sensors, solenoid valves, relays, etc.

7. Pneumatic system: The pneumatic system includes valves, air filters, meters, pressure sensors, solenoid valves, air cylinders, silencers, etc.

8. Safety guards: An optional feature, the safety guards consist of a PC glass door and a stainless steel frame, with safety switches to protect the operator.
