Structure
1. Multilingual Touch Screen
The multi-language touch screen allows for switching between different languages simultaneously. If there is a problem with the machine, it will automatically alarm, pause operation, and display the issue's location.
2. Pneumatic Pump Metering Device
This device, featuring Kitech's exclusive patented technology, utilizes a new custom pneumatic pump for weighing. If the packaging weight is inaccurate, it will automatically adjust to the preset weight without the need for manual intervention, saving time and reducing costs.
3. Double Scale Weighing Device
Kitech's exclusive patented technology provides secondary weighing and testing of the finished packaged products. If the packaging weight is inaccurate, the machine will automatically reject unqualified products and send feedback to the measuring cup metering system for automatic weight adjustment, improving the product qualification rate to 100%.
4. Servo Control System
The servo control system is applied to the weighing device, film pulling device, and bag making and sealing process. If there is a problem in any part, the machine will automatically stop and alarm, prompting the operator to check. This allows one person to operate up to 15 machines simultaneously, reducing labor costs.
