1. The main frame is made of 6 mm thick stainless steel plate, offering a clean, bright appearance and a sturdy structure. The frame can be customized with a 12# U-shaped carbon steel structure, 12# U-shaped stainless steel structure, or 50 mm stainless steel tube structure according to customer requirements.

2 . All liquid-contact parts are manufactured from food-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel to meet hygiene standards. Other components are made of H62 copper, acid- and alkali-resistant aluminum-magnesium alloy plates, and 304 stainless steel.

3 . This series of machines adopts an electrical and pneumatic hybrid drive system, ensuring smooth and stable operation. The entire process is fully automatic, including cup feeding, fruit pulp filling, secondary filling (controlled by pneumatic valves for accurate levels), roll film feeding or foil lid placing by manipulator, double sealing, pneumatic ribbon coding, film alignment, secondary heat sealing, single cutting, waste film recycling, and finished product output.

4. A photoelectric sensor is used to detect color marks and precisely adjust the sealing film position, ensuring accurate alignment and sealing.

5. A wide range of filling pumps is available to suit different products and filling volumes.

6. Various customized components can be designed, including acid- and alkali-resistant aluminum-magnesium alloy molds, filling systems, sealing systems, and cutting units.

7. Customers may choose between a traditional electrical control system or a PLC control system.

The automatic cup filling and sealing machine features fully automatic cup dropping using a pneumatic chuck stripping system, automatic filling with flexible filling methods selected according to the product characteristics (such as solid fruit pieces or liquid materials), pneumatic ribbon coding with a heated printer, and a double sealing process consisting of a flat first seal followed by a threaded second seal to ensure reliable and secure packaging.
