Colloid Mill Homogenizer

The colloid mill homogenizer uses the relative motion of stators and rotors of different geometric shapes under high-speed rotation. When the material to be processed passes through the gap between the adjustable stator and rotor under the action of its weight, air pressure, and centrifugal force, it is subjected to strong shear. It is effectively broken, dispersed, emulsified, and mixed under the action of composite forces such as force, friction, impact force, and high-frequency vibration to obtain the ideal product.
The grinding chamber is equipped with three grinding areas, the first level is a coarse grinding area, the second level is a fine grinding area, and the third level is an ultra-fine grinding area. By adjusting the gap between the stator and the rotor, the required ultra-fine grinding area can be effectively achieved. Micro-pulverizing effect (can also be recycled).

1. The stainless steel rotor and stator are ground at high speed. One of them rotates at high speed and the other is stationary so that the material passing between the toothed inclined surfaces is subject to great shearing force and friction.
2. A pair of conical rotating teeth and fixed teeth in the colloid mill move relative to each other. The material passes through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth and is subjected to a shearing force, friction, centrifugal force, and high-frequency vibration to achieve crushing, emulsification, Homogenization, and dispersion purposes.
3. The crushing efficiency of fine ultrafine particles is high, using shearing, grinding, and high-speed stirring forces. Crushing and grinding rely on the relative movement of the toothed slope of the grinding disc.
4. Colloid mill is currently the ideal equipment for wet crushing. Under the action of complex forces such as high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex, materials are ground, emulsified, crushed, mixed, dispersed, and homogenized.
