working principle
The colloid mill grinder is driven by an electric motor through a belt drive to rotate the rotating teeth (or rotor) and the matching fixed teeth (or stator) in relative rotation. When passing through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth (the gap is adjustable), it is subjected to physical effects such as large shear force, friction, vibration, vortex, etc., causing the material to be emulsified, dispersed, refined, and pulverized, and the material is finely pulverized and emulsified.
