The palm nut cracker machine is a first-level shelling machine, and the gap between the shelling rollers is adjustable. The sizes of apricot kernels are different. After the large kernels are shelled, the gap is adjusted and then the small kernels are shelled, and the cycle is repeated. The gap between the rollers should be 1-1.5mm smaller than the eccentric size of the apricot kernels. For example, the sizes of apricot kernel raw materials are mixed together: the large apricot kernel has a flat diameter of 15mm, the medium apricot kernel has a flat diameter of 12mm, and the small apricot kernel has a flat diameter of 9mm. According to the raw materials, the gap between the first shelling rollers is 14mm. After the large kernels are shelled, the large apricot kernels are shelled, and the medium and small apricot kernels are leaked at the same time. The grading screen under the palm nut cracker machine separates the shelled and unshelled apricot kernels and discharges them from different material ports. Then adjust the gap between the rollers to 11mm for the second time to remove the medium one, and the gap between the rollers to 8mm for the third time to remove the small one, and so on.
