1. Principle of industrial color sorter
Industrial color sorters mainly use optical principles for color screening. In this process, the color sorter uses light from the three primary colors (red, green, and blue) for color analysis and identification. These light rays will enter the camera for collection and processing after being reflected or transmitted through the surface of the items. The image processing system will perform normalization, filtering, binarization, edge detection, and other processing on the collected images to finally determine the color information of each item, and then sort them through catapults and other mechanisms.
