Product use and precautions

1. Preheat before each oil extraction. The preheating temperature is 50 degrees to 70 degrees in summer and autumn and 70 to 90 degrees in winter and spring. The preheating system is automatically controlled without having to turn off the temperature control switch.

2. Hold the lever of the upper top plate and open it completely: the upper top plate is 180 degrees from the working position, put a cushion on the bottom of the press, lower the piston into place, and set aside.
3. Run the machine empty for 1-2 times before each oil pressing. If the hydraulic oil changes in winter or spring, the machine should be run empty for 5-10 minutes to thin the oil and facilitate operation.
4. Drain the fried oil and put it into the press.
5. Place a mat on the upper end of the press barrel, place the separator plate on the upper end of the press barrel, and push it flatly into the press barrel. If there is little oil, you can raise the oil when starting the machine to keep the oil on the upper plane slightly lower than the upper-end surface of the pressing barrel; otherwise, the upper jaw plate cannot be joined, lift the hand control valve handle, and start the pressing.
