1. Put the raw materials: Put the fiber cotton raw materials on the feeder. The feeder can store about 250 kg of raw cotton at a time.
2. Transport to the collection box: When there is no cotton in the collection box, the conveying fan will automatically transport the raw materials to the collection box.
3. Automatic weighing: Set the weight to be filled on the operation screen.
4. Opening: It is our company's independent design to weigh raw fiber cotton first and then open and fill it! The weighing speed is faster and more accurate; filling is performed immediately after opening so that the fiber is fluffier and the pillow is more even and smooth. Better elasticity.
5. Automatic filling: While the cotton loosening machine is performing the opening process, the vacuum filling machine also starts filling. The fiber cotton will evenly enter the pillowcase, making the pillow elastic and smooth.
6. The lid automatically opens: After the filling is completed, the lid of the filling machine will automatically open to take out the pillow. -The first filling process is completed.
