Sausage Production Line

 

The sausage production line is usually composed of meat planer, meat grinder, chopping machine, stuff mixing machine, sausage filling machine, wire binding machine, smoker, vacuum packaging machine and other machines.

 

1. According to the different raw materials, choose different machines. If the raw material is a frozen meat tray, you need to use a meat planer to process the frozen meat into small pieces, and then use a meat grinder to grind the meat. If the raw material is frozen meat or fresh meat, it can be processed directly with a meat grinder. The mesh size of the meat grinder is usually 6, 8, 10mm.

 

2. If you are making meat sausage, you need to use a chopping machine in the next step to fully mix the minced meat and seasoning, cut and stir together. If you are making meat block sausage, you need to use a stuff mixing machine to mix the minced meat and seasoning together.

 

3. Next, you need to fill the meat stuffing into the casing, you need to use a sausage enema machine, usually a hydraulic sausage enema machine, which is divided into a single-pipe sausage enema machine (300kg/h) and a double-pipe sausage enema machine (500kg/h).

4. The next step is to thread the filled sausage and divide them into different small sections. The handwheel on the binding machine can adjust the width of the conveyor belt to accommodate different sizes of sausages. The number of sausages processed can be displayed on the plc controller, and the size of the sausages to be processed can also be set.

 

5. Smoking machine, which can cook, dry, smoke and color the sausage. Usually equipped with an external smoke generator, the program that has been set can be automatically saved on the plc controller.

6. The last step is to vacuum pack and seal the processed sausage.
