1. The processing capacity is strong, and the number of eggs washed per hour is determined according to the equipment specifications, with frequency conversion speed regulation.

2. The surface of the processed eggs is free of dirt and is shiny, making them suitable for use with equipment such as egg graders, egg breakers, egg packing machines, and egg printing machines.

3. The egg washing machine can continuously process eggs, offering large processing capacity, convenience, and speed, making it an ideal choice for the egg processing industry or plants.

4. Additionally, it can be equipped with UV sterilization and an oil coating machine to maintain the quality of the eggs. The sterilization machine kills bacteria on the egg surface through ultraviolet light irradiation or ozone sterilization.

5. The oil spray system can apply food-grade white mineral oil to the surface of the cleaned eggs, extending their shelf life.

 

 

Manually pour the entire basket (box) of chicken/duck eggs into the water tank of the egg washing machine. The eggs are then sent to the hair roller in an orderly manner under the action of the conveying roller, where they are thoroughly scrubbed. Subsequently, the chicken/duck eggs are conveyed from the discharge end for candling to pick out any bad eggs. Qualified eggs are then transported to the conveyor belt and further to the packaging machine or to the automatic egg yolk and egg white separation equipment as required for subsequent operations.
